Chaired by Professor Clive Kay, the former Chief Executive of King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, who was recently appointed as a Browne Jacobson Strategic Advisor, this session brings together leaders who have been at the sharp end of inquiry implementation. • Sir David Behan CBE, a highly experienced health and social care leader, Sir David is the Chair of King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. His previous roles include Chief Executive of the Care Quality Commission, Chair of Health Education England and Non-executive Director of NHS England chairing the Workforce, Training and Education Committee. He was the first Chief Inspector of the Commission for Social Care Inspection.
