Like most aspects of daily life, governing body and board decision-making has been impacted by the current coronavirus outbreak - whether it is the type of decisions needed, and/or a climate where more reactive urgent decisions may be required.

Likewise academy trusts who plan to hold Annual General Meetings or General Meetings may want to put plans in place well in advance to manage them effectively.
