This is the second in a series of regular seminars delivered by the members of the Nuclear Professional Services Group (PSG) all who have direct or transferrable experience of advising owners, contractors and subcontractors in the nuclear industry.
The sessions aim to provide and deliver engaging, relevant and useful knowledge to help businesses and partners through their nuclear journey. This webinar discusses the work of the Conflict Avoidance Coalition, the objectives of the Conflict Avoidance Pledge, and the complimentary RICS Conflict Avoidance Process. It will also highlight the recently published NEC Conflict Avoidance Practice Note, which provides guidance on NEC’s own conflict avoidance clauses and so is particularly relevant to major new-build nuclear projects in the UK
We support the whole of the nuclear sector (including new build, decommissioning and defence) working collaboratively and look forward to welcoming you digitally on Tuesday 10 June.
Our in-person and online events are designed exclusively for clients and targets. As such, we reserve the right to cancel bookings. If you’d like to speak to a member of the team regarding your attendance, please contact us.
