Browne Jacobson has advised Minster Property Group on its plans to construct 40 new affordable tenure homes in Woolpit, Suffolk.
Minster Property Group has successfully acquired land at Old Stowmarket Road and is working in partnership with Orbit Group, one of the UK’s foremost housing groups, on securing planning permission for the site from Mid Suffolk District Council.
Leicester based Minster Property Group specialises in the sourcing of land and delivery of developments focused on affordable housing.
Browne Jacobson’s 130 strong real estate team has been active advisers to the social housing sector for over 30 years with clients including housing associations and registered providers, developers, investors, and government agencies including Homes England. The team also act for one in five of the Government’s strategic partners tasked with delivering its affordable housing programme 2021-26.
