Dina is an associate in our corporate department, where she specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and complex group reorganisations.

Dina has advised on some of the firm’s most high profile and complicated transactions. She is an active member of the Pangea-Net network, serving as a board member of Pangea-NeXt. Dina joins us from an international background, and is fluent in English and Urdu, and conversational in Gujarati.
