Connor is an associate solicitor in our commercial team. Connor primarily advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of a variety of commercial contracts, with a secondary focus on transactional intellectual property work.
Connor’s commercial experience includes advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, from standard-form supply agreements and company T&Cs, to more bespoke commercial arrangements involving a number of parties. Connor’s intellectual property experience has likewise covered a broad spectrum, with recent examples including drafting complex research and development agreements and navigating intra-group intellectual property licences and assignments.
Similarly, Connor is well versed in supporting Browne Jacobson’s corporate team through undertaking commercial contract and intellectual property due diligence exercises.
Connor joined Browne Jacobson as a trainee solicitor in September 2019, qualifying into the commercial team in September 2021. Connor has published articles on Practical Law, Lexis Nexis and in The Patent Lawyer Magazine.
Assisted a large national automotive company in the negotiation and conclusion of supply chain contracts ahead of the production of two new high-profile vehicles.
Drafted a complex R&D collaboration agreement permitting two organisations to work together on future research projects.
Advised on and assisted the development of commercial contracts required for a start-up to bring a medical device product to market, including manufacturing agreements, app T&Cs and consumer terms of sale.
Drafted an introducer and profit share agreement for the promotion and sale of a new product.
