Caroline is the firm’s executive DEI sponsor, co-leads the DEI Strategy SteerCo and is a regular speaker at DEI events. For seven years, Caroline has chaired the firm's Board as Senior Partner, stepping down in 2026.
Caroline also co-leads our retail and supply chain team with Emma Roake and has over 30 years’ experience of complex commercial contracts and strategic real estate matters for our retail and supply chain clients, winning mandates throughout the luxury retail sector. Caroline has extensive experience in the acquisition and redevelopment of flagship retail stores as well as considering all aspects of the retail supply chain. Caroline’s expertise ranges from excusive and selective distribution models through to worldwide logistics and she is frequently instructed to overhaul supply chain models.
Away from work, Caroline is a non-executive director of SwimEngland and Aquatics GB, the national governing bodies for aquatics.
