£22m claim under a Warranty and Indemnity Liability policy issued in the Commercial Court
CIEP Epoch Bidco limited has recently issued a US£22m claim under a Warranty and Indemnity Liability policy against Liberty Corporate Capital (Two) Ltd, Aspen Insurance UK Limited, Antares Managing Agency Limited, Riverstone Managing Agency Limited, Canopius Managing Agents Limited, Hamilton Managing Agency Limited, Aegis Managing Agency Limited, Chaucer Syndicates Limited, Amtrust Corporate Member Ltd, Barbican Corporate Member Ltd and Chaucer Syndicates Limited.
We shall report further on this claim as it progresses through the Commercial Court.
