You're invited to our upcoming 'Development Club', taking place at Quayside Distillery.
Join us from 3.30pm for registration, followed by a series of insightful presentations. We are delighted to partner with CarneySweeney for this event.
Samantha Thomas of CarneySweeney, will provide a high-level update on key planning issues across the South West, including the 2025 Housing Delivery Test, five-year housing land supply, Local Plans and the National Scheme of Delegation, with particular focus on Somerset, Dorset and authorities across Devon.
We will also hear from Will Thomas, who will provide an update on the new National Planning Policy Framework.
Following the presentations, we invite you to stay for networking, providing you with the opportunity to continue the conversations and make new connections. We also encourage you to ask any questions throughout the event.
