School admissions code 2021

Monday 05 July 2021

10am - 11am

The school admissions code 2021 was recently published by the Department for Education and, subject to parliamentary approval, will be implemented this September.

Join us on 05 July as we highlight the key changes that, if approved, will impact the way in which your admissions system will need to operate.

During the one-hour online event, admissions experts Richard Freeth and Philip Wood will discuss how these changes will ultimately affect your decision-making, particularly in relation to supporting vulnerable children and in-year admissions.

By attending this webinar, you will:

  • understand what changes are happening and how these will affect your school;
  • be able to make the necessary changes to your admission policy and procedures; and
  • ensure your governance arrangements are sufficiently robust and agile to work within the requirements of the new Code.

If you can't make the live session but would like to receive a copy of the on-demand recording, we would encourage you to still register for the event. This will ensure you receive a link to the recording as soon as it is available. Alternatively, a link to the webinar will be shared on our website and LinkedIn page in due course.
