Browne Jacobson appointed to Crown Commercial Service’s Legal Services Panel

Browne Jacobson has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Legal Services Panel on Lot 1 - General Legal Advice Services (GLAS). The national law firm has been named as one of 12 legal partners to the panel.

CCS supplier logoBrowne Jacobson has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Legal Services Panel on Lot 1 - General Legal Advice Services (GLAS). The national law firm has been named as one of 12 legal partners to the panel.

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21 CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

The framework was awarded in December. It is for three years but has an option to extend for a further 12 months following expiry. The appointment will see the firm advise on a wide range of areas including contracts, dispute resolution and litigation, employment, information and data protection, public procurement, real estate and public inquiries and inquests.
