Browne Jacobson advises C7 Health on £1.5m acquisition of TAC Healthcare Group
Browne Jacobson’s Mike Jackson and Kirsty Underhill advised Warwickshire based C7 Health Ltd on its acquisition of Aberdeen based TAC Healthcare Group Ltd.
The £1.5m acquisition is being funded from a combination of existing resources, share issue and private investors.
Established in 2018 by Phil Webb, Henley-in-Arden based C7 Health is a clinical services led healthtech start-up that helps significantly reduce waiting times and costs for essential diagnostic scans through its healthcare software platform. TAC Healthcare Group Ltd was set up in 2013 by Mr Ken Park a consultant general surgeon and works alongside local trusts, hospitals, clinical commissioning groups and health boards in providing services to end users to help to reduce end user waiting times and associated costs.
Corporate finance partner Mike Jackson, said: “We are delighted to have advised C7 Health on its second acquisition coming shortly after the acquisition of Diagnostic World and support the continued growth of a cutting edge business which is disrupting the status quo and revolutionising the way we all receive health services.”
