Rebecca Morgan

Rebecca is a senior associate in health advisory and litigation, where she works solely for NHS Resolution representing NHS trusts and General Practitioners in an array of clinical negligence claims.  

When she qualified in 2013, Rebecca worked as a claimant lawyer specialising in clinical negligence claims, which provides her with experience of the claims process from both sides.  

Rebecca has a varied caseload consisting of medium to high value claims, ranging from fatal accident claims to complex spinal injuries and multi-million-pound brain injury cases.
