James Byrne

James practices in the area of corporate and commercial law and has over twelve year’s experience in a wide range of transaction including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, venture capital, and private equity transactions and shareholder agreements.

He has been involved in many of Ireland’s most significant M&A transactions in recent years and has experience across a range of sectors including technology, life sciences, healthcare, retail, consultancy, education, and manufacturing.

Having worked in the Irish corporate law market for over 12 years prior to joining Browne Jacobson in March 2024, James has built a strong reputation due to his commercial understanding of his client’s needs and a solution driven approach.
