Georgina Tobolewska

Georgina is an experienced legal assistant who investigates teacher misconduct on behalf of the Teaching Regulation Agency and supports our in-house barrister team preparing cases against teachers. Georgina manages high profile, complex cases including in relation to freedom of speech, serious safeguarding breaches, financial fraud and historic sexual abuse. She is skilled at supporting vulnerable witnesses, including children and those with additional needs or disabilities. 

Georgina is progressing towards qualification as a barrister. She is the recipient of Nottingham Law School Dean’s GDL Scholarship for Academic Excellence and Gray’s Inn Nina Lowry GDL Scholarship.
