Alys is an Associate in the private equity team at Browne Jacobson and advises some of the firm’s key private equity sponsors on UK and cross-border buyouts and exits.
She also works with management teams on private equity investments and reinvestments, supporting them throughout the investment process. Alys works directly with portfolio companies on their ongoing corporate matters, including day-to-day advisory work and bolt-on acquisitions.

Advising Clearwater Corporate Finance LLP on its exit to KeyBank.

Advising Apiary Capital on a range of UK and cross-border buyouts and exits, including the sale of Carbon Underwriting to FTV Capital and The Appointment Group to ECI Partners. Alys also advises Apiary’s portfolio companies on ongoing corporate matters and bolt-on acquisitions.
BGF and the management team of Metric Search
Advising BGF and the management team of Metric Search on their exit to Southfield Capital and management reinvestment.
NTT Data
Advised NTT Data Business Solutions AG on its acquisition of Sapphire, a UK based international provider of digital operations software and services.
Water Babies Group Limited
Advised the management team and shareholders on the buy-out of Water Babies Group Limited to US private equity backed Elmsley Capital and Westerly Group.
