Alys Bratch

Alys is an Associate in the Corporate Team and has experience on Corporate M&A and Private Equity sponsors on a range of transactions, both domestic and international and across multiple sectors.

Alys works closely with private equity sponsors from the original buy-out and bolt-on acquisitions through to an exit, as well as advising on day to day corporate matters for the firm’s key private equity clients. Alys also has experience advising management teams in relation to incoming private equity investments and re-investments.
