Alfidah Shah

Alfidah is a Legal Assistant in the Health Advisory and Litigation team. Alfidah works on behalf of NHS Trusts by investigating claims of medical negligence during the pre-action stage. Alfidah works in one of the multi-disciplinary teams and the mental health/offender team.

She is currently prioritising quick settlement during the pre-action stage to keep defence costs to a minimum. She is also assisting on a high profile class action claim. Alfidah is based in the Nottingham office, however she assists other fee earners across various offices.

Alfidah has previous experience working within the NHS, debt recovery and civil litigation. In which she worked directly with the heads of loss of both small and corporate companies to resolve matters via ADR to avoid issuing to Court.
