At the end of March, the Department for Education published the long-awaited White and Green Papers.
They have been described as both “ambitious” and “underwhelming” by commentators so far but, whatever your view, they lay out the strategic framework and guidance for all English schools and academies over the next eight years.
During this webinar, Head of Education and Governance expert, Mark Blois was joined by our regulatory and pastoral specialists who explained some of the core policy and legal implications, as well as the importance of action on your own terms.
Mark is the National Head of our Education team. He is a leading expert in education law and governance and has been recommended as a Leader in his field for almost twenty years in ‘Chambers’ and ‘Legal 500’. ‘Chambers’ ranks him one of only two lawyers ranked in Band One nationally for recommended schools lawyers. ‘Legal 500’ includes him in their 'Hall of Fame', which highlights law firm partners who are 'at the pinnacle of the profession'.
