Browne Jacobson’s national real estate lawyers have advised Nottingham based developer Charterpoint Developments on the sale of land in Louth, Lincolnshire to Snape Properties.

The land will be used for the construction of 40 new homes which is the fourth phase of the Westfield Park Development which already features a mix of three, four and five bedroom properties as well as a 66 bed care home.

Charterpoint Developments offers high quality sustainable mixed-use schemes and undertakes strategic land promotion. The expert teams works with landowners, advisers, developers and local authorities.

Charterpoint Director, Adrian Goose said: "Westfield Park has proved to be a very popular housing development and the new homes can't be built quick enough to keep up with demand.

"It's an excellent location which has already become a thriving community for families in Louth and we are delighted to be releasing a further 40 plots to Snape Properties so that they can continue building and move onto the penultimate phase of the development.

“This ongoing project hasn’t been without its complexities but it is progressing along nicely and we are grateful to have had the support and high quality legal advice from the Browne Jacobson team which has helped us hit important deadlines so we are in a good position to move on to the penultimate stages of the project.”

Kassra Powles, senior associate in the firm’s real estate practice in Nottingham led on the deal and commented: “Since its launch in 2018, Westfield Park has shaped up to be a very desirable development and has attracted young families and injected new life into Louth’s community. We are delighted to have worked with our client Charterpoint on completing this next exciting phase and look forward watching the project come to fruition.”
