Tasha is an Associate in our Health Advisory and Inquests team. Her practice encompasses inquests, mental capacity law, mental health law, and health and social care.

Having completed her training contract at the firm, Tasha has been exposed to a breadth of work in the health and social care sector including jury inquests attracting national news coverage, serious medical treatment cases in the High Court, and appeals to the Supreme Court in HXA v Surrey CC; YXA v Wolverhampton CC [2023].

Tasha regularly acts for NHS trusts (including acute and mental health trusts), private healthcare providers, integrated care boards, and local authorities in Coroners’ courts and the Court of Protection. She advises on a range of health and welfare issues and all aspects of coronial law.

She is currently undertaking a secondment at an integrated provider of acute hospital and community services in the North West, triaging and managing a caseload of inquests.
