Oliver Holmes

Oliver is head of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and is responsible for leading the design and implementation of Browne Jacobson’s strategy for embedding diversity and inclusion across our workforce. His experience in culture and organisational behavioural change, leadership development, engagement, diversity, inclusion and belonging spans across multiple industries.  

Having previously led D&I at Accenture Technology UK/I, he was a driving force behind their #InclusionStartsWithI campaign  to continue the conversation about the importance of a positive, inclusive world and work environment. The campaign has engaged more than a million people around the globe. Oliver is passionate about equality of opportunity for all and helping organisations unlock the power of a diverse workforce by creating a culture of inclusion and belonging. Outside of work, he volunteers teaching English as a foreign language to those recently arriving in the UK to seek asylum, as well as mentoring through several programmes.
