Nicola Paterson

Nicola works for insurance clients in relation to personal injury claims. Working on high value and complex injury claims, Nicola assists with investigations, drafting of court documents and considering evidence in relation to both liability and quantum.  

Nicola has experience in dealing with a wide range of personal injury claims, including employers’ liability, public liability and professional indemnity injury claims. She has dealt with, and assisted on, a range of large and complex injury matters including brain injury, chronic pain cases, spinal cord injury, fatalities and life changing injury claims. 

In addition to this, over the last couple of years Nicola has also become involved in Cyber claims and working for insurance clients in gathering information following ransom attack experiences by their policyholders.
