Martin Tighe

Martin leads and develops a team of IT infrastructure and operational professionals. Working collaboratively, the team serves six offices across the UK and Ireland, supporting over 1,000 people working in a mobile and agile environment. 

Martin’s main focuses as head of IT operations are planning, directing, and coordinating the design, installation, and implementation of IT infrastructure (on and off-premise), software, and services to ensure the stable operation of the organisation’s IT systems.
