Various public bodies

This involves advising on the internal and external communications, public and internal consultation (including collective consultation and managing the trade unions) and the processes (often dealing with senior management first) to ensure that everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
Advising on complex arrangements between different public bodies (such as joint employment arrangements) with secondments being an option.
Advising on employment models that may trigger the application of TUPE and the employment law and pension protection implications of the proposal(s) and practically how to manage, minimise or avoid risks.
Fixed term agreements
Advising on the use of fixed term agreements and guidance on how to operate these contracts effectively.
