Gemma Stewart

Gemma is a senior associate who specialises in the defence of claims brought against a variety of professionals on behalf of professional indemnity insurers. Gemma has extensive experience in dealing with claims brought against solicitors and a wide range of other professionals including, but not limited to, surveyors, insurance brokers and accountants.  

Gemma deals with both litigated and non-litigated matters and has experience of handling matters all the way to trial. She has experience of alternative forms of dispute resolution including mediation and adjudication. Gemma also regularly advises insurers in relation to policy coverage.  

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Gemma’s background was in customer service focused roles and Gemma prides herself in providing the highest levels of service for her clients.
