David Drew

David is Browne Jacobson’s first pupil barrister in Cardiff.

Under the supervision of Luke Berry, David is gaining invaluable experience by shadowing the team’s diverse practice such as inquests, the Court of Protection, education and civil proceedings.

David was called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn in 2021. Prior to commencing his pupillage, David was an Assistant Advocate at the firm acting as Presenting Officer in regulatory matters and conducting small claims and application hearings in the County Court.

Before his legal career, David held a senior management position in the IT sector and so is particularly conversant with matters of an information technological nature.
