Andrew Pattison

Andrew is a legal director, and one of the senior solicitors in our health advisory and litigation team, representing defendants in claims for damages arising out of alleged clinical negligence. Andrew represents NHS hospital Trusts, GPs, and also doctors facing claims arising out of care provided on a privately funded basis. He has a wealth of experience in this area, having specialised in the field for over 25 years. 

Andrew routinely deals with claims arising out of the most severe of injuries, including brain injury at birth leading to cerebral palsy, brain injuries to adults, and claims arising out of amputations, the values of which commonly exceed £10 million. He currently leads one of the firm’s GP indemnity teams, responsible for managing a team of solicitors specialising in claims relating to GPs.
