Amy Phillips

Amy is an HR consultant with over 17 years’ experience working within HR. Prior to joining Browne Jacobson, Amy worked within multi-academy trusts as head of HR leading on complex restructures, realigning and redesigning pay structures, managing the HR side of schools transferring into the trust and leading on complex case work.

Amy’s key interests are organisational change, complex case work, and realigning pay structures.
