Alison Walton

Alison is a Litigation Assistant in the Emergency Medicine Team within Health Advisory and Litigation. Alison acts on behalf of NHS Resolution and the client Trust. Alison has over 20 years’ experience within this area and knows the client very well. Alison has assisted on multi-party action claims and liaises with claimant’s solicitors and Litigants in Person. Alison supports solicitors within the Emergency Medicine team and also the wider teams.
