Aspen Phoenix Newco
We acted for Aspen Phoenix Newco on its acquisition of the Paperchase business which involved the negotiation and completion of 82 new leases and three assignments, all of which were required to be completed before the Government imposed Covid-19 restrictions were lifted on 12 April 2021. Our role on the real estate transaction helped save the Company’s customers, suppliers and 1000 employees.
