In October 2022 we launched our annual teachers’ pay survey to help capture and understand how schools and academy trusts across the country are handling pay for teachers.
We asked questions about pay increases, whether the national decisions are going to be fully adopted and whether there is an appetite for moving away from the national scales and performance related pay.
We’re pleased to share the results with you now, along with some accompanying advice from our HR consultants.
Thank you to all those who contributed to help build and share these valuable insights.
