You're invited to our upcoming 'Development Club', taking place in our Nottingham office.

Join us from 12.30pm for lunch, followed by a series of insightful presentations. We are delighted to partner with Cushman & Wakefield and East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) for this event.

Our speakers include Barry Cummins and Keith McFarlane from EMCCA and Ben Pretty from Cushman & Wakefield, who will provide an overview of the Brownfield Housing Fund, including what the fund is, what it is designed to achieve, how it may support your projects, and how to apply, together with an outline of the application process and key considerations.

We will also hear from Sophie Hoffman in our planning law team, who will provide an update on the new National Planning Policy Framework. In addition, Helen Gill will give an update on BNG, including recent and upcoming changes to the regime and the practical implications for developments seeking planning permission.
