Browne Jacobson has again been ranked as one of the six leading law firms advising the charity sector in the latest edition of City Financials’ Top 3,000 Charities 2021 directory.

The firm’s national charities and not-for-profit practice gained its spot in the top ten after a successful twelve months.

The Top 3,000 Charities directory profiles the largest 3,000 charities in the UK along with their auditors, legal advisers, financial advisers and investment managers. The ranking is calculated according to the number of those 3,000 charities that are active clients.

Catherine Rustomji, partner and head of the charities and not-for-profit team at Browne Jacobson, said:

“We are thrilled to again have been recognised as one of the leading legal charity practices in the UK, particularly after what has been a very challenging year for the sector. “These rankings reflect the strength and breadth of our specialist charity offering and reinforce our reputation in the market as trusted advisors on the issues that are at the forefront of our client’s priorities.”

Browne Jacobson’s specialist team advises national, regional and local charities, not-for-profit organisations, social enterprises, membership organisations, community groups, schools and colleges, churches, welfare and professional associations.
