Zoe Bushby

Zoe was called to the Bar in 2024 and has joined Browne Jacobson after successful completion of pupillage and becoming a tenant at a Chambers. Zoe has drafting and advocacy experience in a wide variety of areas of law and has represented many local authorities and public bodies.

Zoe has worked on and presented cases covering judicial review, regulatory, commercial, housing, property, personal injury, insurance claims and many other areas.

Prior to commencing Pupillage, Zoe was an adviser for the Exeter Community Law Clinic, where under the provision of qualified barristers and solicitors, she provided free early legal advice to members of the public on a range of civil law matters.

Zoe is also Bar Officer for the Devon and Somerset Junior Lawyers Division and is committed to increasing access to the Bar.
