Samantha Poulter

Samantha is a Senior Associate in the Education Team. Although Samantha does advise maintained and independent schools her focus is primarily on the academy sector, Samantha has been involved in the academies sector since 2010. Having trained as a property lawyer, she specialises in providing property advice to the education sector in addition to supporting on all aspects of the Academy Conversion and Transfer process.

Samantha has extensive experience supporting Educational Institutions with their land and buildings, from supporting with academy conversions, transfers and re-brokerages, assisting with New Build developments and Free School projects as well as Landlord and Tenant matters. Samantha supports Academy Trust with applications to the ESFA as required under their funding agreement in respect of their school buildings and land.
