Phoebe Price

Phoebe is an Associate in the London office, specialising in intellectual property law within the firm's commercial team. Her practice encompasses contentious, transactional and advisory IP matters, with a particular focus on the media, fashion and beauty sectors.

Phoebe's contentious experience includes advising clients on patent, design right, trade mark and copyright disputes in proceedings before the High Court and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC), as well as handling trade mark oppositions and cancellations at the UKIPO. She regularly advises on brand strategy and enforcement for global luxury, fashion and beauty houses, as well as film clients.

On the transactional side, Phoebe project manages international trade mark portfolios, drafts licences and assignments, and conducts pre-acquisition IP due diligence. She also advises on a range of commercial contracts across her clients' businesses.

Phoebe Joined the firm in 2023 and undertook seats in the Construction, Financial and Professional Risk, Intellectual Property and Corporate teams.

She obtained a first-class Spanish and Philosophy degree from Kings College London before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University London, and the Legal Practice Course combined with an MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law, where she graduated with a distinction.

Phoebe has published articles in Lexis PSL, Lexology and the Trade Mark Lawyer, and is a member of IPSoc and the CLA.
