Olivia is an associate in our education team having qualified in September 2025. Olivia advises a broad range of education clients on pastoral and regulatory challenges that arise in the day-to-day operation of schools, academies and trusts.

Olivia focuses primarily on contentious and advisory work with a pastoral dimension. She has particular experience advising on judicial review matters, data protection compliance including the handling of sensitive data in an education context.

Olivia also advises extensively on pupil behaviour and exclusions, Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) considerations, safeguarding and family law issues that relate to the sector.

Olivia also supports clients on academy-related projects and corporate governance matters, including academy conversions and wider trust development work. Olivia is known for providing clear, practical and empathetic advice, and for supporting clients through complex and sensitive situations.
