Natalie is a Principal Associate in our property litigation team, bringing over 15 years of specialist experience in contentious property matters. She advises a diverse client base including corporate occupiers, institutional landlords, developers and investors, and is recognised as a recommended lawyer by the Legal 500.

Natalie's practice encompasses the full spectrum of landlord and tenant disputes, including hostile and non-hostile lease renewals, dilapidations claims, rent arrears and service charge disputes, consent issues, disputed break notices, rent reviews and forfeiture proceedings. She also advises on trespass matters, property insolvency issues and development constaints.
