Graham is a banking and finance partner at Browne Jacobson and heads up the Manchester team. He advises both lenders and borrowers on all types of debt finance including acquisition finance, asset-based lending, real estate finance, debt restructuring and general corporate lending. Graham also has considerable experience advising corporate clients and private equity houses on sponsored transactions.
Graham joined Browne Jacobson in October 2021, having previously worked at Squire Patton Boggs. He has also benefitted from two stints on secondment at a major clearing bank, so has gained invaluable experience of life as a client. He is well connected in the Manchester market and acts for a wide range of banks, corporates, private equity houses and alternative debt funders.
Graham has been listed as both a “key lawyer” and “recommended” in the UK Legal 500 in the last few years. He has joined what is already a strong banking team in Manchester, with great potential to grow the team further.

Advised leading mid-market private equity firm LDC on the debt finance aspects of its investment into global programmatic advertising company, Blis, to support its international growth strategy.
OakNorth Bank
Advised OakNorth Bank on its loan facilities to Apprentify, a leading provider of digital marketing and tech apprenticeships for the North, including support for the simultaneous bolt-on acquisition of Netcom Training, a West Midlands-based provider of government funded IT training courses.
