Alice joined the firm in March 2022, part way through studying her LPC at Nottingham Law School and will be completing her postgraduate degree and masters during her training contract. Alice prides herself as a member of the neurodiverse community and her passion within the legal sector was specifically driven by the desire to prove the misconceptions around those who are neurodiverse and that there is no limit on what can be achieved. This has allowed Alice to utilise her personal journey to inspire others, incorporate ideas and build strong relationships with anyone she meets.

Alice is a second seat trainee, with her first seat in the private client and charities team. During her time in the team, Alice worked on a range of matters which involved the administration of estates, drafting legal documents such as wills and powers of attorney, and supporting associates and partners in navigating important client meetings. Alice has built strong relationships with clients to guide them through the necessary stages required to complete the work she’s assisted with. Alice always maintains a positive attitude especially when tailoring her approach to sensitive work. Alice’s current seat is within the education team.

Alice is highly passionate about both education law and the education sector and is looking forward to both contributing to such a well-recognised team within the sector and bringing innovative ideas where she can.

Alice is truly aligned with both the firm’s ethos and passion on diversity and inclusion within the legal sector. Alice has been involved within assisting and supporting some of the firm’s charity partners and is a committed member of the Social Mobility community. Alice has been described by her team as a committed, passionate, and organised individual who has a bright future as a solicitor.
