Browne Jacobson and FDF: Leading conversations on diversity and inclusion
Colleague networks as catalysts for positive change with Ali Beresford from Nestlé UK and Ireland
The food and drink sector team at Browne Jacobson LLP are partnering with the Food & Drink Federation to run a campaign focussing on diversity and inclusion in the food and drink industry.
Over the course of six weeks, we are hosting conversations with several individuals who are leading the way on diversity and inclusion in the sector, and who have some great stories to share.
This conversation is with Ali Beresford at Nestlé UK and Ireland who discussed Nestlé UK and Ireland’s work to accelerate equality and inclusion for LGBT+ individuals in the workplace. Globally, Nestlé are a founding member of the World Economic Forum’s Partnering for Racial Justice in Business initiative and Ali talks about the way the Eradicating Racism Network in the UK and Ireland have been instrumental in driving change.
