Over the course of six weeks, we are hosting conversations with several individuals who are leading the way on diversity and inclusion in the sector, and who have some great stories to share.
This conversation is with Aggie Mutuma, CEO and Founder of Mahogany Inclusion Partners, who shared her insights on steps that leaders can take to start building a truly diverse and equitable organisation.
