Roxanne is an Associate in our property litigation team. Roxanne deals with a range of contentious property issues, both commercial and residential, including lease renewals (opposed and unopposed) acting for both landlords and tenants, serving break notices, advising in relation to forfeiture, advising in relation to dilapidations claims and residential possession proceedings.
Roxanne also assists with telecoms matters under the Telecommunications Code in relation to the removal of operators and/or apparatus or advising on terms for a new lease or code agreement.
Roxanne acts for a broad range of clients including public sector clients including hospital trusts, academy schools and local government.

Managing a substantial case load of 1954 Act unopposed lease renewals for a number of national retailers.
Statutory notices and strategic advisory
Preparation and service of statutory notices to terminate tenancies and advising clients on options to includes strategic advice to commercial landlords and tenants on the 1954 Act proceedings.

Successfully recovering possession of residential property from trespassers and residential tenants.

Dealing with opposed lease renewals both from a landlord and tenant perspective.

Drafting, serving and providing advice on break notices.

Serving schedules of dilapidations and advising as to dilapidations and assisting with settlement agreements once resolved
Forfeiture of leases
Advising in relation to forfeiture of leases to include peaceable re-entry and serving of section 146 notices.
Telecommunications Code notices and advisory
Advising and assisting in relation to relevant notices to be served pursuant to the Telecommunications Code and providing strategic advice
