Peter is a principal associate in our real estate team, specialising in acting for schools and other educational institutions. Peter advises on all aspects of education land, including academy conversions and transfers, site acquisition, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and the development of free schools. 

Having previously worked at a variety of national and regional firms, building experience in all types of general real estate work, Peter combined that experience with his experience as a multi-academy trust director and a school governor. 

Based in Nottingham, Peter works for education clients of all types and sizes across the country.
