Peter is a principal associate in our real estate team, specialising in acting for schools and other educational institutions. Peter advises on all aspects of education land, including academy conversions and transfers, site acquisition, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and the development of free schools. 

Having previously worked at a variety of national and regional firms, building experience in all types of general real estate work, Peter combines over 20 years’ real estate experience with his governance experience as a multi-academy trust director and the chair of governors of a school.

Based in Nottingham, Peter works for education clients of all types and sizes across the country. He is also a member of the firm’s cross-sector ESG group, and its social mobility network.
