Matthew is a partner in our real estate team acting for prominent UK and international investors, asset managers and corporate occupiers. He is experienced in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions with a particular focus on portfolio and individual property acquisitions and disposals, financing transactions, property management and lettings.
He has a strong track record in the successful delivery of large projects across a number of sectors including retail, leisure, offices, logistics and travel locations.
Matthew’s commercial approach to complex documentation and transactions is focused on ensuring that his clients’ aims and deadlines are achieved.

£200m logistics acquisitions
Acted for a significant private investor and asset manager in a joint venture with a major developer to acquire and develop a portfolio of six logistics sites in two separate phases.
£170m portfolio refinance
Advised the borrower in a new loan facility secured against 6 separate London office and mixed use assets.
Retail unit package disposal
Acted for a convenience store retailer on a package disposal of 16 trading units.
