Luke Pike

Luke is an Associate in the Real estate team. He advises both private and public sector clients on all aspects of commercial real estate and has experience working in-house for a national housebuilder advising in relation to large residential and mixed-use development schemes.

In particular, Luke advises clients in relation to the acquisition and sale of land and commercial property, options, overage agreements, commercial leases and real estate finance.

Luke’s key focus is on building relationships with his clients based on pragmatic, straightforward commercial advice.
