Kevin is a Partner in Browne Jacobson's life sciences team, specialising in commercialisation and complex commercial contracting for life sciences, medtech and healthcare companies. He advises clients ranging from university spin-outs and venture-backed start-ups to multinational organisations and PLCs on the commercial agreements that underpin innovation, investment and international growth.

Kevin's approach is centred on understanding the unmet legal needs of innovative life sciences businesses. He combines deep sector knowledge with practical commercial advice, helping clients manage legal risk while accelerating growth. His ambition is to leverage Browne Jacobson's market-leading health and life sciences expertise, international reach and technology capabilities to deliver greater value to companies operating across the sector.

Over the past 15 years, Kevin has worked almost exclusively with innovative life sciences businesses, becoming a trusted adviser to many of Ireland's leading indigenous companies. His sector focus gives him an in-depth understanding of the commercial challenges companies face from spin-out through to international scale-up.

His practice includes intellectual property licensing, manufacturing and supply, research collaborations, clinical research, distribution and strategic commercial transactions. He works closely with founders, management teams and investors to deliver practical, commercially focused advice that supports growth.

As part of Browne Jacobson's internationally recognised health and life sciences team, Kevin advises companies throughout their lifecycle and supports their expansion into the UK and international markets. A significant part of his role focuses on deploying legal technology and developing AI-enabled legal solutions that improve how life sciences companies access specialist legal advice.

Kevin also serves as Board Member of Galway Hospice.
