Jennifer is a Principal Associate with the Employment team.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer practised with a respected boutique Dublin law firm for many years. She established a strong reputation for providing strategic and pragmatic employment law advice to both employers and employees on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her experience spans a broad range of legal practice areas enabling her to understand the commercial realities facing clients.

Jennifer has advised on all aspects of employment law, including complex workplace disputes, disciplinary and grievance processes, dismissals, redundancies, executive exits, restrictive covenants, discrimination and equality matters, employment contracts and workplace policies.

She has extensive general litigation experience, in particular representing Clients in employment related litigation and dispute resolution before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the Civil Courts.

She has a proven track record of successful mediation outcomes for Clients.

Jennifer holds a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
