Jack is an employment law associate who advises clients on the full spectrum of employment-related matters.
He has assisted clients in successfully defending clients in contentious employment disputes, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims before the Workplace Relations Commission. Jack provides advice on day-to-day employment issues, including redundancies, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and capability management.
Jack also supports corporate transactions through comprehensive employment due diligence. He regularly drafts and reviews employment contracts, compromise agreements, employee handbooks, policies, and procedures, ensuring full compliance with Irish employment legislation and alignment with current best practice.
