Esme is an HR consultant in our education team. She has over 14 years’ HR experience working with schools and trusts, including within three of the country’s largest academy trusts. With specialist skills in immigration and sponsorship, as well as the full spectrum of education-based HR, Esme has led on a variety of restructures and complex ER casework.  

Esme provides a pragmatic advisory service, focused on solutions. She supports and coaches on a wide range of people management issues including discipline, capability, grievance, absence, change management, pay and conditions of service. Esme is experienced in advising and conducting complex investigations, developing HR policies and resources and delivering HR training.
